Mission First (M1) Support Services provides a complete spectrum of aviation solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense, Allies, and partner nations. Services include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), flight operations, training, logistics, aircraft modifications and upgrades. The only Aviation solutions company of scale focused solely on Aviation maintenance excellence, we execute large, complex programs of National and International significance, supporting the most advanced military aircraft in the world.

Our third-party ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110C and ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110D certified Quality Management System supports our corporate and individual program operations as well as customer approved DCMA 8210.1C Ground and Flight Operations Procedures where required. We measure and monitor task execution focusing on meeting and surpassing customer and company performance standards.
