George Krivo
Chief Executive Officer & ChairmanMr. Krivo is Chairman and CEO of M1 Support Services. In addition, Mr. Krivo is a Managing Director for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s industry-leading operating platform. In his role, he serves as a Senior Operating Executive for Defense and Aerospace investment opportunities and operations.
From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Krivo served in numerous senior roles, including as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors at DynCorp International, a multibillion-dollar aerospace and defense services company. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Krivo spearheaded operational and strategic growth initiatives to strengthen the business, which culminated in DynCorp’s sale to a strategic buyer.
From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Krivo served as a Managing Director of Cerberus Operations, where he provided oversight on operational performance and strategic planning to Cerberus portfolio companies. Mr. Krivo also held numerous executive positions at Science Applications International Corporation and DRS Technologies.
Mr. Krivo retired from active duty in the United States Army after more than two decades of service in a variety of command and staff positions. They included policy advisor to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staffs (China/Taiwan); strategy advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Army; senior military spokesperson for all Coalition Military Forces in Iraq; Joint Operations Officer for a Task Force responsible for the Air & Missile Defense of the State of Israel; and Mechanized Task Force Commander in Tuzla, Bosnia.
Mr. Krivo is the Chairman of the Board at Tier One Group, and serves on the Boards of Source Code, NetCentrics, and Red River. Mr. Krivo also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), the leading national organization providing compassionate care for the families of America’s fallen military heroes.
Mr. Krivo earned his Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell College, and is a graduate of the CEO Academy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
William Kansky
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Kansky joined M1 in June 2024, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is deeply experienced in the Aerospace & Defense industry, having served as CFO for DynCorp International for 10 years leading up to its successful acquisition by a strategic buyer in 2020. Prior to that assignment, Kansky served for 16 years at ITT in a variety of roles including CFO, Defense & Information Solutions. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Red River Technology, Source Code Technology, and Lighthouse, serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee for all three.
James Cassella
Chief Growth OfficerMr. Cassella serves as Chief Growth Officer for M1 Support Services, a premier provider of aviation services supporting critical U.S. Government programs. In this role, he is responsible for driving organic and inorganic growth, leading Business Development, Marketing & Communications, and Government Relations.
Mr. Cassella brings nearly two decades’ experience as an Aerospace & Defense executive, having held senior positions at several companies including HDT Global, DRS Technologies and DynCorp International, where he served as Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President, Business Development from 2018-2021. He was responsible for business development, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate strategy, playing a key role in driving growth that led to the successful sale of the company to a strategic buyer.
A career military officer, Mr. Cassella retired from active duty with the U.S. Army after two decades of service in various command and staff assignments. These included two assignments at the Pentagon, where he served as Defense Department spokesman and advisor to the Secretary of Defense, Chief of Staff of the Army, and other top Defense and Service officials.
A Distinguished Military Graduate of The Citadel, Mr. Cassella received a Regular Army commission in Aviation upon graduation with a B.A. in History. A Senior Army Aviator, he holds a Master of Military Arts and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and was an honor graduate of the Defense Information School’s Public Affairs Officers Course.
Michael Frazier
Chief Operations OfficerMr. Frazier is the Chief Operations Officer for M1 Support Services. In this role, he uses his more than 20 years’ experience in the Federal and Commercial Aerospace and Defense business to drive business growth both internally and externally.
Prior to joining M1, Mr. Frazier progressed through increasing Program Management and Business Development roles at several leading Aerospace & Defense companies. His most recent corporate role was leading PAE’s Readiness and Sustainment business unit, where his key clients included the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security. He also served for 20 years in the US Air Force active and reserve components as a E-3 AWACS Air Battle Manager.
Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University with a focus in Business Management.
Martin Craft
Chief of Business OperationsWith over 16 years of Government business management experience, Mr. Craft has a broad background in finance, accounting and business management and has been responsible for the full spectrum of financial management including payroll, accounts payable, contracts revenue recognition, billing, and accounts receivable. Responsible for year-end program financial accounting audits with outside auditors, budgeting, capitalization and other financial support services, he has been instrumental in the design and effective management of employee insurance benefits and developed procedures for statutory compliance for quarterly tax reports, payroll deposits, monthly and fiscal year close-out. He ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Prior to joining M1 in 2005, Mr. Craft served as the Director of Business Administration for a $1B, complex, worldwide life cycle contractor support operation.
Mr. Craft holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Robert Moore
Chief Business Development OfficerMr. Moore brings over 30 years of Defense and Federal industry experience, with a proven track record of business development, operations leadership, and expanding markets for companies throughout his career. He has extensive leadership experience while working with the Department of Defense, Federal Agencies, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) markets in providing maintenance, engineering, logistics, and sustainment solutions for aircraft, land vehicles, and ships worldwide.
Prior to joining the M1 team, Mr. Moore held the position of President for VSE’s Federal & Defense Services segment. Mr. Moore has also held senior level positions at S&K Technologies, DynCorp, PAE, BAE Systems, and ARINC. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) and USS George Washington (CVN 73).
Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Technology from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University.
Bill Purdy
Sr. Vice President, Operations, Quality, and Continuous ImprovementMr. Purdy joined M1 in June 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President, Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. He is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years’ experience driving operational excellence and performance improvement across diverse organizations. Prior to joining M1, Purdy served with both V2X and DynCorp International in a variety of roles, including Performance Excellence and Operational Profit & Loss. He is a growth oriented professional, having achieved expansion into new markets, both domestic and international. Purdy is a retired Army Aviation noncommissioned officer whose service prepared him for leadership roles in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Bill Wooley
Vice President of Contracts and General CounselMr. Wooley has over 24 years legal experience, with the last 18 years exclusively supporting U.S. Government contractors. Through his extensive experience as outside and in-house counsel, Mr. Wooley has developed a business-based approach guiding federal contractors through all aspects of government procurement, to include: contract and regulatory compliance; Requests for Equitable Adjustments; contract and subcontract issue resolution; contract claims; company confidential / proprietary information protection; proposal pricing support; policy development and implementation; government property and Ground and Flight Risk Clause incident resolution; strategic legal and business counseling; Service Contract Act compliance; labor / employment issues; international contracting; bid protests; and litigation and outside counsel management.
His diverse experience includes managing contract actions with the U.S. Department of Defense for the Army, Air Force and Navy as well as NASA, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Justice (DOJ), United States Postal Service (USPS), and General Services Administration (GSA).
Mr. Wooley holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and has appeared before numerous state and federal courts and administrative boards.
Laura Marr
Vice President, Human ResourcesWith over two decades of experience in the Government Services industry, Ms. Marr’s background includes a broad range of HR and management expertise including HR strategy; concepts of operation; recruiting, staffing and retention management; training, education and professional development; performance management; compensation, incentives, and recognition; benefits; labor relations; employee relations and investigations; ethics and compliance; contractor leasing; policy development; project management; and vendor selection and management. She has led and mentored large and small multicultural teams including management of an offshore HR organization.
Ms. Marr started her career in the Government Services industry in business development with responsibilities in proposal development and management, strategic planning, and personnel management.
Prior to joining the M1 team, Ms. Marr served in numerous HR leadership roles at DynCorp International and Amentum. She supported international and U.S. based contracts and task orders ranging from 15 employees and contractors to over 18,000.
Ms. Marr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas – Arlington and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
Andrew Anderson
Vice President of TechnologyWith almost 20 years of technology management experience, Mr. Anderson has a broad background in information technology, integration and implementation. He has been responsible for the full spectrum of technology teams including development, helpdesk, and infrastructure deployment and support. Responsible for annual audits such as SSAE 18 Type 2 SOC with outside auditors, Mr. Anderson has also been instrumental in the design and effective management of mandatory compliance for industries that include healthcare, technology and government contracting. He ensures compliance with generally accepted IT principles and policies as put forth by both governing bodies and accredited technology institutes.
Prior to joining M1 in 2016, Mr. Anderson served as a leader of worldwide technology teams for a healthcare analytics firm and a Fortune 500 mobile device and software company.
Mr. Anderson holds multiple technology certificates as well as his PMP certification through the Project Management Institute.
